Added WebGl version of the game.

Dam High is now playable in the browser, rather than just being a download. I will note though,  there is a bug related to Unity's WebGl exporting process which causes the audio of the game to occasionally crackle/pop in the browser. I tried to find a solution to this, but nothing online seemed to work. If anyone knows a fix to the crackling audio, please let me know.
